According to them, industries \nin full expansion which will absorb a large part of the investments will be\nleisure industries and security industries.\n\nOur great-grandchildren will want to be assured and reassured to take\npleasure of life. Insurance will be one of those sectors that will monopolize\nall the confidence of the world to come. Faced with this reality, insurance is \naccelerating its digitization.\n\nInsurance companies have struggled to adapt to this new way of working, which has\nimposed on companies by the health crisis. Attendance at the office was\nreplaced by a virtual presence. The need to digitize has shown how\ninsurance companies are marked by an absence of a digital culture. DNA\ninsurance being the maintenance of the link between the insurer and the insured - \nthis obliges assurances of flexibility to better adapt to new work requirements\nin order to ensure its appointment with the future which already looks promising.\n\nEven if the historical culture of insurance can be an obstacle to digitalization,\nthe health crisis has shaken up insurance habits. To stay at work he has\nhad to multiply digital channels with customers. And this \"revolution\" in the\ninsurance was able to maintain a good quality of service and attention. It's about \na\"revolution\" in the evolution well assumed and accelerated but which raises the\nquestion of the place reserved for the unique relationship between the insurer \nand the insured.\n\nThe claim relationship remains at the heart of communication in the offices of the\ninsurance and therefore it is very difficult to brush it aside because\nto keep it intact, human contact is mandatory. To digitize their\nmodes of communication, the insurance companies had to deeply take into account\ntheir particular aspect of communication. In a way, it's not\nall customer requests that require a strong relationship with insurance\nbut for other types of requests that may be more serious, a simple\nchatbot is not enough.\n\nShould we therefore ignore the digitization of insurance by asserting that it is \nnot simply not sufficient to maintain a perfect relationship-insured and insurer-\nand efficient? It would be risky to engage in this direction, especially since, \naccording to one EY study, nearly 80% of consumers choose to interact with their\ninsurance through digital channels. To give you an example, there is\nfew years, the agency and its adviser had a central place but the role has\nnow changed and supports services already offered online. For everything\nsummary, it is quite clear that the network of insurance agencies will not \nincrease in numbers but what is more interesting to keep in mind, regardless \nof theirnumber,it is their interest to establish and consolidate a real \nrelationship of trust with the insured.\n\nThe insurance sector being acclaimed as one of the branches of the insurance \nindustry safety which will be part of the consumer goods of the future on the \nplanet,it goes without saying that the sector is highly competitive and therefore \nstimulates innovation. For the world of insurance everyone is jostling, \nit seems that it there is no going back. And therefore its openly competitive \ncharacter necessarily drives a race for innovation. Proposals of offers\never more targeted and attractive from a pricing perspective in order to reduce \ncosts and improve its competitiveness are available.\n\nIn this universe of competition, companies tend to offer services and\nproducts adapted to each customer. This is called personalization.\ncustomer relationship. And so thanks to artificial intelligence and databases,\nthe hyper-personalization of the customer relationship is possible. \nThis allows customers to live a unique experience.\n\nInsurance companies have adopted a strategy centered around the hyper-\npersonalization of the insurance and insured relationship. \nOf course hyper-personalization is not a the only way to transform the sector, \nit places the improvement of the customer relationship. \nThis leads to an automation of the greatest number of tasks, which implies \nmore professions, sometimes new professions in insurance. \nThe insurance industry is going through a huge moment of change.
